Greetings @elalitnl,
Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are getting an Intel (R) Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework error.
Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Have you run an extensive test on your computer?
Recommend you boot the computer to System Diagnostics by tapping F2 repeatedly on startup.
Run an extensive system test on your computer. Click here.
If any of the tests fail, please replace the failed component or contact our phone support for the service options available for your computer.
If all the tests pass, boot the computer to the desktop and run HP Support Assistant to update all the drivers including BIOS and Chipset. click here.
Make sure all the Windows updates are installed as well.
Keep me posted.

Sir,
I have performed the steps mentioned by you. The drivers recommended by the HP support assistant were downloaded and installed thereafter. However inspite of that the error still exists. MY PROBLEM STILL EXISTS.

Thanks for the reply, please take backup of your data and perform a push button reset. Click here.
Disable any third party applications on startup from the task manager as a workaround.
Can you provide a screenshot of the message?
Keep me posted.

Sir
I have already performed the recovery action last month. This is not the only device where I am getting this message. Either the device requires further installation or the device has not been migrated error. I am attaching screen shots of the errors which are displayed.

Sir,
I have updated all the 3 drivers from the link you provided to me. I have upgraded the the microsoft windows 10 version from 1607 to 1703 successfully. Inspite of all these troublemeshooting methods the error still exists.
Yours faithfully.
