I tried letting Microsoft "Search automatically for drivers", no luck.
I tried "Browsing my computer for drivers" and even pointing it to C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore, no luck.
I used the solutions in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Wireless-and-Networking/PCI-Data-Acquisition-and-Signal-Proce... for 4 other PCI devices with the same issue and this one is the only device still showing the yellow exclamation point.

TIA for any help!

The driver you need is Realtek PCIE CardReader drivers / HP HP Pavilion Notebook.  Download from the drivers section on support.hp.com

@NathanS20 is correct.  It is possible to lookup those codes at this site but use the HP software
