As advised I was able to perform a system diagnostic and am trying find out exactly what this Failure ID means: 9BU019-7QJAGV-XG7WMF-60S503.  Also what Product ID: N5Y90UA#ABA is all about.  Thanks.

Sorry so late in responding.  Did as you suggested.  Sure enough it was the hard drive which I replaced.  Thank you for your valuable assistance.

You will need to go to support.hp.com, create an account if you do not already have one and then open a case. Unfortunately there is no public published list of what all these error ID's mean. Does it mention the component is affect. Most common cause of diagnostic errors is a failing harddrive.
