I ran a diagnostic on my hard drive and the SMART came back clean, however I am getting an failure code that I cant find in the HP suipport system. The failure code is: UC6C5W000B0KMFGH7G60WR03. The product ID is D9S35AV. is anyone familiar with this code and suggestion corrections? Thanks!

Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.
| UC6C5W-000B0K-MFGH7G-60WR03 | OK | 0000000000 | 1/19/22 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
