Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Diagnostic test says the following error: 

Battery check failed. PLU4HS-8LA9RL-XD7X7F-C0CL13

 

where do i find the compatible battery for my notebook. and how to check whether the battery is compatible with my pc or not?

Hi @Aa3214

 

It means your HP battery has been failed and must be replaced, if your computer is under warranty (less than 1Y you bought it), you can contact tech support team to get the battery replacement or ship to the service center
