Chromebook x360 14
Chrome OS

So, I bought two Chromebook x360 14's.

I'm confused, though.  One is a Chromebook x360 14-da0012dx and the other is a Laptop Notebook 14-DA0011DX.

I'm most confused about the da0012dx and the DA))11DX.

Thanks for your help.

Here are the specs:

-da0012dx is Windows 10 PC and the -da011dx is a Chromebook. They use the same processor and are generally similar except for storage, screen resolution and OS.

What are you confused about? Thought you were getting a Chromebook and got a Windows PC instead?

Hello.  Thanks for responding.

The issue is not the difference between a chromebook and a Windows PC, it has to do with two Chromebooks, both the same general model, but their numbers indicate that there is a difference between them.

Not sure you (or anyone else with the same question) found the information for the two products listed. I added correct weblinks for each.

Most problems with OEM Tech Support & Support Forum 'EXPERTS' is that they don't listen before they shoot off their  knowledge reply to 'educate' us dummies.

I know the "EXPERT" couldn't deliver a correct answer because he was too concerned with making a joke on your behalf.

The question was regarding two (2) different Chromebook models. Here are the spec sheets:

And the problem with Monday morning quarterbacks is they come in a day late and a dollar short; in this case a month after the inquiry. But I do apologize for mistaking the 14-daxxxx for the 15-daxxxx. I will plead guilty to being human. When you have a couple thousand solutions come back and let's talk about who's perfect.
