Hi guys, i'm going to buy a new HP notebook and i have some problems understanding the differences between 2 HP pavilion power 15: cb006nl and cb023nl

They seems to have the same identical hardware

Yes, they are identical and only have different model numbers. 

You can also confirm here and here.

 

I've seen this occasionally happen - sometimes it occurs because of location/time of release but in this case, it's completely random. 

 

This model series seem to have very similar specifications if you take a look at the HP Pavilion Power 15 Laptop PC * Model numbers: 15-cb000 – 15-cb099 Maintenance and Service Guide pages 1-4, almost every single model has identical specs. So seems pretty normal.

 

You can choose whatever model number sounds better to you I guess.
