Hi there.

I noticed last night that the display on my x360 separates from the frame when I put the display into tablet mode. Specifically it's the bottom right corner of the screen, by the hinge. It looks like something may be broken close to the hinge. I'm surprised as the laptop has been well looked after, not been dropped and there are no signs of any damage in that area of the laptop.

 

I can't see a way on-line to raise a case with HP about this. Despite the laptop being in warranty, the HP support website indicates this is the place to raise my issue.

 

Any help/advice would be appreciated... Many Thanks!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
