I dont know if I need to change thermal paste on this laptop. Can someone explain whats going on?

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

Changing the thermal paste on your HP 15s eq2000 laptop is not usually necessary unless you are experiencing overheating issues. 

 

Thermal paste is used to improve the thermal conductivity between the processor (CPU) and the heatsink, helping to dissipate heat more effectively.

 

If you are experiencing high temperatures or performance issues that could be related to overheating, you may consider replacing the thermal paste. 

 

However, if your laptop is running normally and within safe temperature ranges, there is no immediate need to change the thermal paste.

 

If you do decide to replace the thermal paste, ensure you have the necessary tools and follow a guide specific to your laptop model. Improper application could potentially cause damage to the laptop.

I see you need help with the thermal paste. May I Know is there any heating issue with the unit?
