Do all pavilion g7 models has the same size of the laptop case?

Hi, I have something to ask about. Well its about my unit, the left hinge of my laptop pop out from where it's been screwed on so i disassembled it. I was looking for the laptop case online and realized there are so many type of models of the pavilion g7. My question, is all pavilion g7 with the different models has the same size? Especially I searched online and I have no luck of finding the same kind of case for my laptop.

Hi,

No. Only laptops frome SAME series use same parts. For example g7-0xxx laptops can use different parts of g7-1xxx laptops and g7-2xxx laptops.

Hi again,

So what your trying to say is though thier not in the same model but yet thier in the same series it will be compatible right? Mine's a g7-2235dx and yet I can't find the exact bottom base case for that type of model. So it's ok to buy the bottom base case in the g7-2000 series?
