Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I need a docking station to extend 2 monitors (HDMI) that is compatible with my HP laptop model 15-dy1751ms. I’ve tried several, but I haven’t been able to find one compatible with my HP. Anyone know which docking Would work and where to find it? Thanks

The specs of your machine is

            https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06447661

It ONLY has 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use

    Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,

Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                        USB to HDMI Adapter

For more connectivity, please use

                          True Universal Docking Stations

Regards.
