Pavillion 15z-eh100
Microsoft Windows 11

I just purchased an HP 15z-eh100 to replace my outdated desktop by hooking the new HP laptop to a docking station, but am just now seeing all the potential docking issues with this laptop due to not have the necessary port.

I have 2 external monitors, one with HDMI connection and one with VGA. It looks like I should be able to hook up the HDMI with any compatible docking station, what about the VGA?

What Docking station (s) work best and what specific spec will it require for 2 monitors?

You have a usb-C port with Display Port but its not Thunderbolt. I am sending this froma very similar HP laptop with AMD processor. I have a docking station with 2 monitors and keyboard, mouse speakers, etc. Its an Iogear GUD3C02. It also charges the laptop and your laptop also have USB-C Power Delivery so you can do the same. I use the DP and HDMI ports but it also has a VGA port which I can confirm works in a dual monitor arrangement with the HDMI.

This one is just a good example of the type you can use to accomplish what you wish to do.
