Hi!
Hate to be the bearer of bad news (again) and sorry for the late reply, but Crucial meticulously tries to hide the rank of the "SFRA32A" modules (no label with rank explanation on the RAM-only the full part number) and counting chips is not always easy without taking the said label off. A while back I had a similar discussion with another HP forum member, solarkey, who actually found a way to understand the rank from the full part number on the label.
I'd also like to add that apparently Crucial has now transitioned to the cheaper (simpler rank) variants almost completely, so the only way of getting dual-rank 16GB modules is from some store that has old stock or by buying some used ones. This is why Crucial does not offer these modules AT ALL on its pages for the older systems with the 6th, 7th gen, etc Intel CPUs. In cases like this I just cancel the order or simply refuse to take the delivery and ask for my money back....
