I am planning to upgrade my RAM from 16 GB to 32 GB, however, I am not very knowledgeable about RAM upgrades and it would be my first time to do so. I've stumbled upon threads online saying that if I bought a 3200mhz RAM and my max is only 2666mhz, the rest would go to waste. I am curious if my laptop could handle 3200mhz as I can no longer find any guides online or manuals regarding my laptop. Thank you.

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates your notebook can support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-2666 memory.

It would be fine to install DDR4-3200 CL22 memory, but the memory will only run at 2666 MHz because that is as fast as your notebook's processor can run the memory at.

Is there any way to bypass it? Or I'm just better off buying a 2666mhz ram.

No way to make the DDR4-3200 run at 3200 MHz.

You're may have a  more difficult time find DDR4-2666 CL 19 memory than you will to find DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.
