Love the guessing games but what processor do you have? I would think any processor HP put in a Probook would handle virtualization.

I did not find "Advanced" -> "CPU Configuration" -> "Secure Virtual Machine Mode" -> "Disabled" in BIOS.

Intel Core i5 430M Processor (2.26GHz, 3MB cache):

P.S. I'm a little tired of your letters saying about raising my rank on the forum. Excuse me, but I do not care.

Ain't my letters. I'm not a big fan of the badges and such either but its all about Social Media these days, and everything that brings with it. I think you can turn off the notifications in your Forum User profile page.

Your processor does support some Virtualization (VT-x not VT-d):

Thx, and how can I turn it on?

Some program requires it.

ProBook 4520s.

Its standard motherboard supports only old-style processor (2010), energy-inefficient.

Is there a way to put a modern processor? Does appropriate types of motherboard for this laptop exists?

Thanx

The motherboard essentially is the laptop. When a laptop is designed the factory has to make a custom motherboard that fits in that chassis. The only motherboards that fit are from the same era. No new ones have been made since then. No way to retrofit current hardware. Sorry.
