Does new HP notebook / laptop come with newest Bluetooth?

Many consider Bluetooth to be a big security loophole.

1.
When buying a new HP notebook / laptop, does it then come with the newest:
Bluetooth hardware
Bluetooth firmware
Bluetooth driver

2.
Does it come with Bluetooth 5.3 or 5.4, or earlier version?
