Hi I tried to downgrade the BIOS both by reinstalling the BIOS from the AMI BIOS utility downloaded from hp and by flashing it from the USB too but I can't downgrade, would there be another way?  I think there is a bug in the current BIOS (F22 REV.A) how should I report it?

Ok, sorry but in the last one just :

"I don't know if it may be due for a software update but if you want to try to check it do an advanced boot and remove the update you made last"

You didn't say it was fixed by hp here !?
but no matter, if it came back it is not normal, it is new, under warranty, it must be repaired
If you tried to install a previous bios, and it does not restart, you should not be told that you have done something wrong
it's only my opinion, but for me back to HP ..

Rolling back to a previous version was an option a few years ago, but apparently it is no longer available.

 

Reporting BIOS bugs here is a  goodstart, but you will need to provide very specific details  on what you are experiencing.

ok sorry I didn't think I should report the bug to you. Now I understand. when I used the PC with the BIOS F21 REV A I didn't have any kind of problem. As soon as I have updated it to F22 REV A, the 90b fan error almost always comes out on PC startup. Initially I thought it was some faulty program or driver and to be safe I reset it with the hp Cloud recovery tool. Then I checked and cleaned the fans and tested the PC both in video games and with the hp PC hardware diagnostic tool UEFI and the fans worked perfectly from both the test results, the noise emitted and how they ran. (I haven't used the PC much and it's not very old). I also tried cold reset, BIOS and CMOS reset. So I believe there is some bug in the BIOS that detects the failure even if there isn't.

The answer has been validated, here, then it seems problem solved
so in the end it doesn't seem to be the case?

no because the problem remained after i sending it to hp support as recommended in the other answer. They changed the fans but the problem remained. So, after the control which I did and which I explained in this answer, I think it's the BIOS the very problem and not the hardware (fans).

I join the discussion. A few days ago I turned back on the laptop that I did not take long and I made many updates including the bios to the same version of the other user and I also had the same problem that occurs to him. The last time I turned on the laptop had the bios f3. Now with this bios I have the problem
