Drivers on Linux for the Elitebook 8460p 's fingerprint sensor

Hi

In my Elitebook 8460p the fingerprint sensor shows on lsusb

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 138a:003c Validity Sensors, Inc. VFS471 Fingerprint Reader

But when i try to use it it isnt found by the programms.

$  fprintd-verify
list_devices failed: No devices available

I tryed multiple programms like fingeprint-gui and fprintd and even compiled them from source.

I didnt find any mention of drivers for linux on your driver page so I'm cloueless how to get it to work
