Take a look at labels on the power adapter your PC has.
Every HP PC, laptop and printer I have owned has been dual voltage. 105-230 Vac and 50/60 Hz.
Yours is as well.
When I moved back to the US from Europe in 2019, all I had to do was replace the cable that had the wall socket plug in order to use my printer, laptop and other devices.
In Germany, you can go to a second hand store and for a couple Euros or less get a replacement with an appropriate plug for household outlets. The part that plugs into the power adapter is an HP proprietary type and very easy to find.
You can get one from an old HP printer at a second hand shop.
You can also buy them at Electronics or online.
The power cable at Amazon.de for €7,00
