Hi @dhxhshq,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I can certainly understand your concern regarding Direct3D issues. However, I am here to assist specifically for HP products and services.
If you are facing Direct3D issues on an HP device, here are a few general troubleshooting steps you can take:
Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure that your graphics drivers are updated to the latest version. You can do this through the HP Support Assistant (if you have it installed) or by visiting https://support.hp.com/us-en for your specific device model on HP's website.
Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates often include the latest Direct3D fixes or improvements.
Run System Diagnostics: Use built-in tools like the HP Support Assistant to run hardware diagnostics that can check the functionality of your graphics card.
Adjust Graphics Settings: Try adjusting the graphics settings in your system or game/application to see if lowering certain settings alleviates the issue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
