The flat cable to the SSD was burned as well as the cover above it.

  1. Does anyone have an explanation to that?
  2. Is there a hp mail support for this issue?

I already purchased a new cable (having the help of this community)

I am worried that the SSD was damaged, and I might damage the new SSD as well
