I HAVE A HP ENVY 360 AND IT IS 2 MONTHS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THE HINGE ON RIGHT SIDE BROKE AND BROKE THE SCREEN JUST LIKE IT DOES ON MOST OF THEM , SHOULD BE A RECALL , BUT INSTEAD I HAVE TALKED TO 5 PEOPLE THAT SAY OH WELL . IT SHOULD LAST MORE THAN 2 MONTHS OUT OF WARRANTY. I JUST WANT TO TELL EVERYONE HERE TO TELL EVERYONE THEY KNOW TO NEVER BUY A HP PRODUCT THEY ARE THE WORST IN SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH , I PAID ALOT OF MONEY AND TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF IT AND DUE TO A FLAW IN PRODUCT I DONT HAVE NOTHING NOW . I OFFERED TO EVEN PAY HALF OF THE REPAIR AND STILL NOTHING . PLEASE DONT EVER BUY HP AGAIN AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NOT AS WELL THEY ARE A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY THAT DONT CARE ABOUT HOW HARD YOU WORK THEY JUST SELL YOU CRAP .
