Product: ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-bp0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought this computer for over 2 years, it has never been damaged and I have taken care of it. However, out of the sudden when I opened my computer, the bottom left screen opened. I saw that this is a known issue because the computer cover is made of metal but the inside parts are made of plastic, which causes stress in the hinges.I  have taken my computer to a local repair, but it would be too expensive for me to pay, thus I wanted to know how can I solve this issue as I was not my fault, but a HP manufacturing one.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
