Hello, my HP 1013 Elite doesn't charge anymore. The charging Led also doesn't light up. The Port is clean and press the usb C cable in all up, down etc doesn't make a difference.
And I use the 45W standard HP Charger.
It is really terrible that such a expensive product are defect without a purpose after 3 Years.

Hello @Panzli
(1) Try to CMOS reset your notebook by simply following the following procedure:

(2) Try to Restore last BIOS
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpiGUojtr3E
(3) If you are not lucky 😥
In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- The function of the fan(s) must be checked
- Short circuit test
- General cleaning ...
If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook ( chip level ) repair store.
Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook. You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.
best regards

Thank you but that doesn't helps me. I think that the electricity doesn't reach the battery, the indicator light and the Mainboard.
I have also tested a original 65 W charger, which 100% charging any other device.
