Product: Elite Dock USB-C (T3V74AA)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just purchased an Elite Dock USB-C (T3V74AA) to use with my EliteBook 840 G3. I have connected the Elite Dock to its power source and plugged it in. The power LED glows on and off indicating it is in standby mode.
When I connect the Elite Dock to the USB-C port on the laptop nothing happens.
It isn't detected in Device Manager, and the power LED continues to indicate that it is in stand-by mode.
None of the devices that I plug into the dock are recognized either.
Any sugguestions?
Thank you,
Jason
