Please show me where I said that installing more memory would not help.???????????????????????????
The procedure I posted is to have everything set to the best performance with what you had.

A Moderator edited your message for content.
You should probably read what I said again. I did not edit what I wrote.
The vast majority of people here tend to be polite, but I see that is lost on you.

I see that in 2014 you posted...
'Cheated by HP warranty , worldwide warranty = no warranty, lost my money. '
"People should know about how HP cheats their clients."
yet in 2018 you are still using HP.
So perhaps an apology to @Erico and a show of gratitude to others here who help?

@crossing wrote:@Erico I apologize, I was pissed off because my problem was so annoying.
I accept your apology.

It was I who notified the "Mods" and they did edit the post.
Sorry but I resented @crossing calling us "INCOMPETENT"
Dictionary 1. not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully.
For all the years we have devoted to doing this I was hurt being called "INCOMPETENT"

We are on the same frequency.
I have been volunteering here since 2009.
I have developed a thick skin over the years.
Sometimes it gets to me as well.
It is good to have you here!
Best regards,
Erico
