Elitebook 745 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to know if the HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 is compatibile with the Elitebook 745 G3.

The notebook has a USB-type C connector but in the compatibility sheet of the product only says it is compatibile with Elitebook 745 G5.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Sorry, it's not compatible. The compatibility info you found is correct, the dock works with the G5 but not the G3. I'm not finding any USB-C docks that work with the G3.

Thanks for the solution, it confirm my assumption...one thing...there is a combo cable which comes with the dock...do you have any idea if using that combo cable will help?
