Hello,
Recently I got a new laptop Elitebook 845 G9 which is an amazing device but the configuration I have turned out to be insufficient for my requirements. I would like to perform some upgrades to the laptop but I'm not sure what will be the status of my 3 year NBD warranty after that.
Here's a list of upgrades I would like to perform:
1. Add another stick of RAM (Samsung M425R2GA3BB0-CQKOL, exactly the same model as the existing stick)
2. Replace SSD (Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB)
3. Replace battery (new original sealed M73466-005 from a 3rd party vendor)
Would these upgrades void the warranty?

Warranty is a grey/gray area, very hard to say in concrete. For new generation machines, adding something or fixing something is a work for Authorized Service Provider parts . You can add yourself. If something went wrong due to this upgrade, I think HP would not honor warranty.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.
