I am trying to setup RAID on my HP EliteBook 8770w Laptop, running Windows 10

Following instructions in the RAID guide found in the 'Setup and Users Guide' for my Laptop, I am told to install the Intel Rapid Storage Technology software, which I have downloaded (v11.6.5.1006 REVA), which is compatible with Win 8.1 (my SW is win 10)

I understand this version correctly supports my Processor Generation (i7-3630QM CPU@2.4Ghz).

However - on install I receive an error: 'This Computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software'.

I have tried installing later versions of the RST SW, but these are not compatible with my Processor Versio.

I have tried installing the v11.6.51006 with the Windows Compatibility Troubleshooter, but still no luck.

Is there a way to install the Windows 8.1 version of the RST SW under Windows 10 ? or another software that can be used ?
