Envy 13 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, im having trouble with my Envy 13.
Last night the screen went black while i was watching a movie, after a hard reset and a restart I got a black screen with the text "Boot divice not Found".

I tried system diagnostics and the test "Hard drive Check" both leads to the text "No hard drive installed", Memory test comes up with no problem found.

I also went into the setup Utility and Load Setup Defaults with no effect. I even open the backside of the computer and

removed the SSD hard drive and put it back to see if the problem was there but i still get the same "boot divice not found" after restart.

After changing the Boot options i tried installing a clean version of windows OS through USB with the result that it couldn't find a place to install OS on.

thankful for help!

You have done a very good job of troubleshooting, leaving no doubt the drive has died and needs to be replaced.
