Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0000 (172M9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Since upgrading my Envy 13 2020 laptop to Windows 11 64-bit the web cam is completely not working. There's no error and I have confirmed it's enabled and not privacy mode on (both software and hardware wise), and it's only showing full black screen. I researched and this happened to quite a few users too. 

 

Already did drive update multiple times and it's showing HP Wide Vision HD Camera. 

Did hardware diagnostics test and it's all passed.

 

I am completely stuck.

We don't have an answer. Except roll back to Windows 10.

 

We are mostly volunteers here, none of us work for HP.

Your's is the 4-5th time I've seen the same thing. Not sure if it's the same model. The consistent is webcam not working in W11.
