Envy 360 right hinge broken

Hello community!

I have seen many people post about how they have the same issue where the hinge is broken on their Envy 360 convertible laptop. I called tech support and the repair cost is $400+ with a 90 day warranty since my laptop is out of warranty. Did any one else find any cheaper solutions? This price is almost half of what I originally paid for the laptop so I'm a little hesitant paying the cost.

I see that you are facing hinge issues with your HP Envy 360 convertible laptop.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
