Same problem here. I have Windows 10 64-bit, done latest update + latest BIOS update, I think my problems begin there.

My laptop isn't under warranty anymore, strarting from December.

No fix found at the moment, sorry.

Out of Warranty here as well. Wierd how it is just random keys.

Thought about keyboard replacement but don't want to go to that trouble if not sure that is issue.

Anyone from HP out there?

Hello,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.

First, I must thank you for taking my problem into account.

But I'm afraid I can't complete the second step of the test, as my F10 key is one of the keys that are "dead".

Maybe now is time to create my own thread, in order to report all I have noticed about my keyboard failing ? Let me know !

@Betty0610 ?!?

Were you able to try the other steps?
