Hi @Majed24

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

Have a great day!

Hello,

Thank you for tour reply. I could see that this is happening to MANY of the envy users and seemingly it's a design issue.

The below is the reply I read in all cases! Why am I not being contacted?!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Hello,

I came today from the service centre of HP here in Egypt. The service centre is MAS Egypt. They are stating that the laptop would not be fixed neither within the warranty terms or beyond it as this laptop has a US serial number. Though I bought it through Amazon UAE. I persuaded them to check with HP as they also said that they would not even fix it if I paid for the repair cost. This is clearly a design fault and I could find it happening to MANY users worldwide. I want my laptop fixed, I have been using it for just 3 months! I don't know why it matters if the laptop has a US serial number or not. No matter where HP product is, HP should care for it and its user.

I expect HP to live up to their values and show their quality in resolving my issue. Please escalate if needed!
