Hello,
I have recently purchased an HP Envy X360 15-bq150sa from Currys.
The laptop works well except for an issue where the screen physically "bounces" or wobbles back and forth when typing, or touching the screen (the hinge itself is not loose; it's more the screen flexing).
This is extremely frustrating and offputting; however Currys have stated this is not a fault, or design flaw so it cannot be returned. I did a quick Google and see I am not alone in this issue but I cannot find a resolution.
Can you please confirm if this is indeed "normal" for a laptop worth £900 to be doing this? It doesn't seem right to me.
Many thanks,
Steve
