HP ENVY faulty hinge
I have seen a lot of other issues online with these HP laptops being broken at the hinge. I don't know where to get help to get this fixed but there have never been issues with the laptop until now. This randomly happened the yesterday when I opened my laptop up and the screw broke and now the laptop will not shut properly and it has caused the screen to crack. I have had this laptop for more than 2 years now and I believe the warranty has expired. I have not had any misuse to this laptop and has been in perfect condition until now. How can I get this fixed with no cost because this is just pretty upsetting? I absolutely need this laptop and cannot afford to buy a new one at this moment and would prefer not to anyways since this laptop was already perfect before this issue.
