Hi, what can I do as I just went to close the lid on my laptop and heard a crack and noticed it was not sitting correctly on the right hinge. When I opened it up I noticed the screen had been forced out at the corner and and shortly after it shattered at the edge. the laptop is out of warranty but this is clearly a known issue and quality problem and is not my fault and should last longer than this. Can you advise please?
