Product: Example: Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought my HP Envy x360 laptop in immaculate condition from a previous owner in August, 2019. Just today, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the bottom left corner of the screen near the hinge whenever I open it. Upon further investigation, this clicking sound is coming from the screen separating from the metal backing of the laptop! I have taken great care of this device in the past, with opening and closing it very infrequently. Unfortunately, the laptop is past it’s warranty, so I don’t know what to do to fix this issue.. does anyone have any suggestions?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
