Hoy en la mañana mi computadora presento este error, todas sus piezas son originales. Además de eso dejo de funcionar el teclado y el mouse touch, y adicional a eso el icono de batería sale cargando al 100% así no esté conectado,necesito ayuda urgente. Gracias
