My question is whether RAM and the hard drive can be expanded to my HP 15-cw009la computer.

Hi @MontFloresS 

 

Yes, you can put 16 GB of DDR4-2400 ram, and change the current M.2 drive to an M.2 NVMe 3x4 of any size you want.
