HP Notebook - 14-am073la
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

There is the possibility of adding more ram to an HP 14-am073la notebook, which currently comes with 4GB of ram. I would like to know how many ram slots it has and how much is the maximum it could expand. Thank you so much

Sorry I got confused with another model, so it only supports 8GB of DDR3L-1600 RAM. There is no manual available but I am sure the memory is not soldered

Excuse me, the laptop I have has 1 slot, it only has 4GB of Ram, the CPU is an intel celeron n3060 1.6 GHZ. That's why I have a doubt, there is some documentation about it where I can verify if the ram memory is soldered, otherwise I will have to open the notebook. thank you so much
