I have purchased 3 years extended warranty and accidental damage protection plan from HP 45days ago. Till date the plan was not activated and every time i am receiving a same (courtesy email) mail if I am sending a reminder to the service email team.
Really a pathetic service response from HP team,
For activation of a plan, it takes more than 45days then what will be the case with warranty issues.

I understand the extended warranty is still not activated. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. This has to be re-verified.
Click here to check the product warranty. If it is not updated, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - How to Submit a Dispute to Validate Your Warranty
