I bought a 2 year extended warranty as my laptop mfg warranty was reaching the last month. Now after Hp sold me and took $200 of my hard earned money for a 2 year extended warranty I’m being told that the extended warranty started when I bought my laptop a year before! What kind of crazy chinese math is Hp using to cover a year that has past and that was covered ALREADY by the mfg warranty? This sound like some highway robbery in my old age. If this is the way Hp runs its extended warranty I would respectfully request my money be reimbursed fully since I haven’t used the extended warranty and probably never will. I will then probably save my money to buy an Apple laptop which in my experience don’t fail like Hp or Dell laptops and wouldn’t be charged for a 2 year extended warranty which would be retro active to the year that had pasted. **bleep**!
