Hi all,
i have a problem, that NB (SN: [Personal Information Removed] PN: 3DD52PC#ABB Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit Version: 17763.1577) do not recognize my external hard drive (WD My Passport PN: WDBYFT004BBK-0A). On the other computers I have, it works correctly. I have all drivers up to date via HP Support Assistant. Could anyone help me with that issue?

WD Passport models are notorious for requiring installation of WD software in order to work in many cases. We can not assist you with this or debug this problem. You will have to contact WD technical support for assistance.
