Extra RAM for HP Zbook 15 G5 with Intel® Core™ i9-8950HK processor (5KY99AV)

Hi,

  I would like to know the maximum amount of RAM that I can put into my HP Zbook 15 G5 with Intel® Core™ i9-8950HK processor (5KY99AV).  The Zbook 15 G5 comes with 4 slots for RAM.   I have seen in some of the HP literature that the maximum RAM is 64 GB (4X16 GB) but that literature might be outdated so I was wondering if anyone in the Community knows what the answer is?  When I purchased the customized Zbook a month ago, I was given the option to purchase 128 GB on the HP store website (4X32 GB) so either the website is incorrect or the HP literature that I am reading on different parts of the HP support website are out of date.

Your PC will support 128GB of DDR4 2666Mhz RAM (4x32GB)

The service manual i believe id not up to date as we can see that the newer CPUs are not mentioned in it. If you look on HP site you can see that the 128GB configuration is only available since DEC 2018. Now, if you can buy the notebook with 128 GB of RAM, you can be sure that it will work with 128GB of RAM:

I believe @REO51ST is correct, even though it is strange that you can proceed with order with 128GB of RAM installed.
