F12 key and function key next to it

Reading online manual for Envoy 360X and the keyboard is different than the one we bought. There is one sheet in the box showing a few keys on keyboard  but am stumped on F12 and the one next to it. Cannot figure out what F12 key is for from search on Hp or internet. It shows 3 cords I believe . I am guessing the next key is turn off camera?  Trying to read the manual before we try to set up connection  to internet, figure out what what transferred and installed and personalize it.  Not very   tech savvy but am trying.

I understand that it looks like a webcam enabling and disabling  switch 

May I know the Operating system using?

May I know the model number of the notebook?

Thank you for your reply. I just found the manual on the laptop now under HP Documentation and there was the manual with specific info for this keyboard - it says that it opens the HP Command Centre app

Not that it matters but on my hp laptop the F12 key toggles airplane mode.

On our other HP laptop F12 is also where Airplane mode is. There is no Airplane mode key that I can see on  this keyboard. The only place I have found it so far is on the Action Centre  but I have not explored more on this new computer. We are waiting to have our computer guy put our antivirus/firewall/registry protection on and need to do this first before using the computer.
