Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have this Notebook (Product ID = C1S23EA).

My problem is when I start my Notebook the fan doesnt start immediately, It may take a while to start or I restart it untill it works and the laptop is completely fine when it start. Any idea ? Ask me if you need more information.

Machine does a checking cycle and it forces fan(s) to run high speed at the start up time for 20-30seconds. That is normal BUT looks like it is not popular therefore next BIOS upgrade HP may remove this,
