Hello,

 

I just bought an HP Envy x360 15 computer, but after I set it up, I see no face recognition option for Windows Hello. Are there any driver links that I need for this specific functionality to work? Thank you.

It ONLY has  HP Wide Vision HD Camera. You need a machine which has IR/3D camera to be able to use Windows Hello  Facial Recognition.
