Envy

I have an ho envy.  It stopped starting up.  It won’t let me recover to an older date or restore to manufacture settings.  Since then I get a windows boot message advising. Windows failed to start.  I don’t have a disk drive or disk to reset. Used the support assistant to run a hard drive test which passed.  The memory test failed. Can anyone help please.

You need to replace one or both RAM modules. We need the full and correct model number to give specific instructions.
