Battery has failed. You need one of these:

 

Battery:
4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 807957-001

https://www.flipkart.com/compatibal-255-245-250-g4-hs04-hs03-807957-001-hstnn-lb6v-hstnn-lb6u-4-cell...

 

Its an external customer replaceable battery so easy to do. Don't need to open the case. I think you can get flipkart items shipped to you in Vietnam using this service:
